ERRATUM.—After the word “Tatara-o-kino” in line 38 of the Second Schedule of the Proclamation dated 23rd December, 1932, and gazetted on 12th January, 1933, at page 12, altering the boundaries of the Whakatane and Taupo Counties, read “thence along a right line to Taumutu Trig. Station.”

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 10 perches.
Being portion of part Allotment 127, Opaheke Parish.
Situated in Block II, Opaheke Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26955.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84915, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of February, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Whakatane Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
