APPLICATION having been made to me to register a
re-entry by THE NAPIER SECONDARY EDUCA-
TION BOARD, formerly THE NAPIER HIGH SCHOOL BOARD,
as lessor under memorandum of lease No. 6742 of all that
parcel of land, containing 2,982 acres 2 roods, more or less,
being Block 106, Patoka Crown Grant District, situate in
Block X, Pohui Survey District, and being formerly the
whole of the land in Vol. 18, folio 202, now all the land in
H.B. Vol. 45, folio 143, of which WILLIAM HENRY AUSTIN,
of Puketitiri, Farmer, was the registered lessee, I hereby give
notice that I will register such re-entry as requested at the
expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette con-
taining this notice.

Dated at the Land Registry Office at Napier, this 2nd day
of February, 1932.

and Bachelor of Surgery, University of New Zealand,
1932, now residing in Dunedin, hereby give notice that I
intend applying on the 25th February, 1932, to have my name
placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New
Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my
qualification in the office of the Department of Health at
Dunedin.

LIMITED (in Liquidation).

BY resolution passed on the 4th day of September, 1931,
it was resolved: “That the company be wound up
voluntarily, and that ALEXANDER PAGE, Public Accountant,
of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the
purposes of such winding-up.”

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amend-
ments; and in the matter of BEVEGE AND HUGGINS,
LIMITED (in Liquidation), a Company incorporated under
the Companies Act, 1908, and having its Registered Office
at 296 Queen Street, Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting
of shareholders, duly convened and held on the 18th
inst., the following resolution was passed:—

“That as it has been proved to the satisfaction of its
shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its
liabilities, carry on business, that the same be wound up
voluntarily, and that THOMAS ARCHIBALD FELTON, Certified
Accountant, Queen’s Arcade, Auckland, be and is hereby
appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
