Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.
I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the undermentioned societies are no longer carrying on their operations, the aforesaid societies are hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908:—

Abridged description of light: F1.
Description: Light-buoy, painted red and exhibiting a flashing white light every three seconds, thus: Flash 0·3 sec., eclipse 2·7 sec.

Position: About one mile eastward of Godley Head Light-house.
Details: The buoy broke adrift on the 19th instant, but has been recovered. As soon as possible its position will be marked by an unlighted can buoy until the light buoy is replaced.
