Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Ormond Domain.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of December, 1932.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Vernon Alfred Hatton,
Joseph Grayson,
Rutene Jackson,
Thomas Valentine Porter, and
James Samuel Allen
to be the Ormond Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Ormond Road Board Office as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
ORMOND DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Lot 1 of Section 19, Muhunga Block, Block VIII, Waimata Survey District. Bounded on the north by a public road, on the north-east, south-east, and south-west by Lot 2 of Section 19, Muhunga Block, and on the north-west by the Waipaoa River. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/23, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

to be the Kimberley Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the nineteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Kimberley Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Frederick George Early,
Charles Henry Adams,
Herbert Burton Shipley,
Edgar Ridgen, and
George Ellis Dean
to be the Greendale Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Domain Pavilion, Greendale, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.-GREENDALE DOMAIN.
RESERVE 1565, Block XIV, Hawkins Survey District : Area, 9 acres 3 roods 17 perches, more or less.
Also Reserve 3882, Block XIV, Hawkins Survey District : Area, 7 acres 0 roods 4 perches, more or less.
As the same are delineated on the plans marked respectively L. and S. 1/309B and L. and S. 1/309A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section twenty-nine of the National Expenditure Adjustment Act, 1932, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby exclude from the operation of Part III of the said Act the classes of contracts specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
(1) LEASES, licenses, and other mining privileges granted under the Mining Act, 1926.
(2) Coal-mining rights, wayleaves, and other easements granted or acquired under the Coal-mines Act, 1925.
