THE following certificate has been executed on the sealed copy of the by-law made by the Stewart Island County Council on the 27th day of February, 1930.

CERTIFICATE OF CONFIRMATION.
In pursuance of the By-laws Act, 1910, I hereby confirm the above-written by-law, and declare that the same came into force on the 1st day of April, 1930.

Approval of Fees for Licensing of Vehicles fixed by By-law.—Stewart Island County Council.

Wellington, 21st November, 1932.
HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased, in terms of section 109, Counties Act, 1920, to approve of so much of the by-law made by the Stewart Island County Council on the 27th day of February, 1930, as appoints the several sums to be paid to the County Fund for the licensing of vehicles plying for hire.

Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence for “Zingara,” Post-office Box 518 or 1460, Auckland.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the person described in the Schedule hereunder is engaged in receiving money under pretence of foretelling future events, it is hereby ordered, under section 32 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in favour of the said person shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to the said person or addressed to either of the addresses in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 4 of the Motor-vehicles Insurance (Third-party Risks) Act, 1928, notice is hereby given that the Halifax Fire Insurance Company has notified me of its willingness to undertake, as from the 1st day of June, 1933, insurance business in terms of the above-mentioned Act.
