Classification of Roads in Clutha County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and situated in the Clutha County, shall belong to the class of roads shown in the said Schedule.

CLUTHA COUNTY.
ROADS classified in Class Three : Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 6½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 10 tons :—
Balclutha—Papatowai Main Highway No. 150 (all that portion within Clutha County).
Balclutha—Kaka Point via Otanomono Main Highway No. 269 (all that portion within Clutha County).
Clinton—Clydevale Main Highway No. 289 (all that portion within Clutha County).
Owaka—Purekiriki Main Highway No. 264 (all that portion within Clutha County).
Picton—Bluff Main Highway No. 101 (all that portion within Clutha County).
Rae’s Junction—McNab Main Highway No. 128 (all that portion within Clutha County).
Waipahi—Pomahaka Main Highway No. 263 (all that portion within Clutha County).
Waiwera Railway Station—Clydevale Main Highway No. 236 (all that portion within Clutha County).

Poroporo Development Scheme.
Office of the Native Minister,
Wellington, 22nd November, 1932.
PURSUANT to the provisions in that behalf conferred upon me, I, Apirana Turupa Ngata, Native Minister, have decided to apply the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931, to the lands set out in the Schedule hereunder to be known as the Poroporo Development Scheme, and hereby give notice of my intention to do so.
No owner, except with the consent of the Native Minister, is entitled to exercise any rights of ownership in connection with the land affected so as to interfere with or obstruct the carrying-out of the said development scheme.
