Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking additional Land at Wangaeahu for the Purposes of the Foxton - New Plymouth Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section twenty-seven of the Public Works Act, 1928, it is enacted that if at any time after the issue or making of any Proclamation taking land under this Act, and before the payment or award of any compensation in respect to the taking thereof, it is found that the land or any part thereof is not required for the purpose for which it was taken, the Governor-General may, by a subsequent Proclamation gazetted, revoke the former Proclamation, either wholly or so far as he thinks necessary:
And whereas it is found that part of the additional land at Wangaeahu taken for the purposes of the Foxton-New Plymouth Railway, by a Proclamation made under the Public Works Act, 1928, dated the ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two (hereinafter termed โthe said Proclamationโ), and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 60, of the fifteenth day of the same month, page 1991, is not required for the purposes for which it was taken:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, do hereby revoke so much of the said Proclamation as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 5-48 perches. Portion of Railway Reserve, Proclamation 2237 (part Section 250, left bank Wanganui River), Block XI, Ikitara Survey District, Wanganui County. (S.O. 2821.)
In the Wellington Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L.O. 2274, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured violet.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of November, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Foxton-New Plymouth Railway to take further land at Wangaeahu, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land: 26-28 perches, 21-86 perches, and 20-68 perches.
Portions of Section 250, left bank of Wanganui River, Block XI, Ikitara Survey District, Wanganui County. (S.O. 2821.)
In the Wellington Land District: as the same are more particularly delineated on plan marked L.O. 2274, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow and sepia.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.
