NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of sections 230 and 252 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Messrs. Rainbow, Hobbs, and Nesbitt, Public Accountants, 126E Queen Street, Hastings, on Wednesday, the 7th December, 1932, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that by an extraordinary resolution passed at the annual general meeting of the Vogel’s Vision Gold Company, Limited, held on the 28th October, 1932, it was resolved that the company enter upon the amalgamation referred to in the Kawarau Gold-mining Amalgamation Act, 1930, and to facilitate this that the company go into voluntary liquidation, and that WILLIAM HENRY NANKERVIS, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, 12 Panama Street, Wellington, on the 26th October, 1932, the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company also duly convened, and held at the same place on 15th November, 1932, the said resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution:—

“That Shortts Pictures, Limited, be put into liquidation, and that H. J. STOTT be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
