A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Maioro Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 17·7 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 31, 32, 33, 34, 63, 64, 65, and 66, Town of Port Waikato.

Situated in Block VIII, Maioro Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26382.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83651, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of November, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of roads hereby stopped :—

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTIONS 44, 45, and 46, Block II, Waihi South Survey District: Area, 41 acres 2 roods 31·5 perches.

Section 13, Block VIII, Hapuakohe Survey District: Area, 6 acres 3 roods 21 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of November, 1932.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of November, 1932.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Government road: 1 acre 3 roods 7 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Matapouri No. 1 Block.

Situated in Block XIV, Opuawhanga Survey District.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83567, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
