ERRATA.—In the Alterations to the Scale of Charges upon the New Zealand Government Railways, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 71 of the 17th November, 1932, at page 2311, the mileages given in the substituted minimum quantities for Goods—Class K, should read “75 miles” instead of “50 miles” in each case.

In the seventh line of the Schedule to the Order in Council dated the 31st day of October, 1932, and published in Gazette No. 68 of the 3rd day of November, 1932, at page 2186, exempting portion of Frankley Road and the western side of portion of Cowling Road in the County of Taranaki from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a condition as to the building-line, read “Part Section 501 and Section 513” in lieu of “Sections 501A and 513.”

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Otamatea Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 1 rood 8·4 perches.

Being portion of Lot 7 on D.P. 3767, being part Kaitara No. 1 Block, coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 35·4 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lot 7 on D.P. 3767, being part Kaitara No. 1 Block, coloured green.

All situated in Block II, Otamatea Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26679.)
