MARKS (NEW PLYMOUTH) BOWSERS, LIMITED.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter
of MARKS (NEW PLYMOUTH) BOWSERS, LIMITED, of New
Plymouth, Service-station Proprietors.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolu-
tion was passed and entered in the minute-book of the
company on the 15th day of October, 1932 :—
“ That the following resolution passed as an extraordinary
resolution at a duly convened extraordinary general meeting
held on the 1st day of October, 1932, be confirmed as a special
resolution, viz. :—
‘ That Marks (New Plymouth) Bowsers, Limited, be wound
up voluntarily, and that WILLIAM HENRY QUICKFALL, of
New Plymouth, Accountant, be and is hereby appointed
Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.’ ”

RANGITIKEI COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING AND LEVYING SPECIAL RATE.
Ruamui Riding Redemption Loan of £3,000, 1932.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and
of all other powers (if any) it thereto enabling, the
Rangitikei County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That for the purpose of providing for the payment of
interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Rangitikei
County Council Ruamui Riding Redemption Loan of £3,000,
1932, authorized to be raised by the Rangitikei County Council
under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming
the Rangitikei County Council Ruamui Riding Supplementary
Loan of £3,500, 1922, the said council hereby makes and levies
a special rate of twelve one hundred and twenty-fifths
(12/125ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable
value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property
in the Ruamui Riding of the County of Rangitikei, and that
such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during
the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the
first day of May in each and every year during the currency of
such loan, being a period of fifteen years, or until the loan is
fully paid off.
The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei was hereto affixed
at the office of, and pursuant to a resolution of, the Rangitikei
County Council in the presence of—

correct extract from the minutes of the proceedings of the

IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of the DOMINION SPRING AND ENGINEERING
COMPANY, LIMITED (in Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of
the shareholders of the company, held on the 2nd
day of November, 1932, an extraordinary resolution was
passed to the effect that the company go into voluntary
liquidation by reason of its inability to meet its obligations ;
and that WILLIAM PERRY, of Auckland, Public Accountant,
be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
All creditors of the company are therefore requested to
prove their claims forthwith, and forward same, addressed to
