NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder set forth.

CROWN LANDS NOTICES.
Settlement Land in Auckland Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease.
District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 8th November, 1932.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section is open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1925; and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o’clock p.m., on Friday, 9th December, 1932.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 13th December, 1932, at 10 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.
Whakatane County.—Rangitaiki Upper Survey District.—Te Ngaroa Settlement.
SECTION 2s: Area, 47 acres 0 roods 35 perches. Capital value, £550. Renewable lease, half-yearly rent, £13 15s.
Weighted with the sum of £44 5s. for improvements, consisting of cow-shed (9 ft. by 13 ft.), concrete floor, separator room (8 ft. by 12 ft.) and 23 chains of draining. This sum is payable in cash or by a cash deposit of £4 5s., the balance, £40, over a period of five years by half-yearly instalments of principal and interest combined, amounting to £4 12s. 5d.
This property is situated on the Te Teko—Rotorua Main Highway, four miles from Te Teko Post-office, four miles and a half from Te Teko School and Saleyards, twelve miles from Edgecumbe Railway-station, and twelve miles from Rangitaiki Dairy Factory.
Approximately 35 acres in poor pasture, balance 12 acres, consisting of a sand ridge mostly in light scrub.
The soil is partly drained swamp and partly sand ridge, resting on pumice formation.
Poorly watered by drains.
Subdivided into three paddocks.
The section would be more suitable for use in conjunction with other land in the district than as a separate holding.
Improvements included in the capital value consist of: 35 acres broken from natural state and grassed; 7 chains road fencing, half-share 24½ chains boundary fencing; and 37 chains internal fencing—total value, £232.

Land in Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
District Lands and Survey Office,

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the Lands Office, Te Kuiti, on Wednesday, 14th December, 1932, at 10 o’clock a.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TOWN LAND.
Te Kuiti Borough.—Waitomo County.—Te Kuiti Native Township.
SECTION 13 and Lot 2 of Section 11, Block XXVIII: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 0·8 perches. Upset price, £125.
Weighted with £725 for improvements comprising a dwelling of six rooms and bathroom (built-in wardrobes, dressing-table, book-case, and cupboards) and washhouse (two wash-tubs and built-in copper) all under one roof; town water supply, electric light, and septic-tank drainage system. There is also a garage, 12 ft. by 18 ft.
This sum is payable by a deposit of £25, the balance (£700) to be secured on instalment mortgage payable over a period of twenty years, with interest at 5 per cent. to a New Zealand discharged soldier, and 5½ per cent. to others. Monthly instalments in the case of a New Zealand discharged soldier will be £4 13s., and in the case of all others, £4 17s. (The instalments consist of principal and interest.)
Situated in Hill Street, Te Kuiti. Level section, situated only a short distance from the railway-station.
Note.—Expenses in connection with the preparation and registration of the Crown’s mortgage are payable by the purchaser.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned Education Reserve will be offered for lease by public auction at the District Lands and Survey Office, Napier, at 2.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 13th December, 1932, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908.
