Appointment of Member of Board of Health under the Health Act, 1920.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section seven of the Health Act, 1920, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby reappoint

John Snell Connett, J.P., of New Plymouth,

to be a member of the Board of Health for three years as from the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two ; and do further appoint

Thomas Charles Atkinson Hislop, of Wellington,

to be a member of the said Board for three years from the same date.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 20th day of October, 1932.

Chairman of Mortgagors’ Liabilities Adjustment Commission appointed.

STAFF.

Lieutenant H. E. Erridge, N.Z. Army Ordnance Corps, is appointed Officer in Charge, Burnham Military Camp, Burnham, in addition to his present appointment. Dated 20th December, 1930.

N.Z. STAFF CORPS.

Lieutenant J. R. Page is transferred to the Royal Regiment of N.Z. Artillery, and is posted to the Wellington Coast and Medium Artillery Cadre. Dated 1st November, 1932.

THE CANTERBURY YEOMANRY CAVALRY.

The undermentioned are transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 10. Dated 26th October, 1932 :—

Lieutenant J. C. Holland, from the Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly’s Own), to be Lieutenant, with seniority from 22nd July, 1931, and is posted to the 13th Coast Battery. Dated 13th October, 1932.

Lieutenant L. E. Bullock, 14th Medium Battery, is transferred to the Regimental Supernumerary List. Dated 25th October, 1932.

2nd Lieutenant H. G. O. Tansley, from the North Auckland Regiment, to be 2nd Lieutenant, with seniority from 22nd July, 1931, and is posted to the 13th Coast Battery. Dated 13th October, 1932.

2nd Lieutenant J. S. Findlay, Regimental Supernumerary List, is posted to the 14th Medium Battery. Dated 25th October, 1932.

THE AUCKLAND REGIMENT (COUNTESS OF RANFURLY’S OWN).

Captain R. E. Murray, 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Wellington Regiment. Dated 25th October, 1932.

Lieutenant J. C. Holland ceases to be attached to the 13th Coast Battery, N.Z.A., and is transferred to the Regiment of N.Z. Artillery. Dated 13th October, 1932.

Lieutenant W. J. B. Hunter, 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Hauraki Regiment. Dated 21st October, 1932.

THE HAURAKI REGIMENT.

Lieutenant W. J. B. Hunter, from the Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly’s Own), to be Lieutenant, with seniority from 14th September, 1930, and is posted to the Regimental Supernumerary List. Dated 21st October, 1932.

THE NORTH AUCKLAND REGIMENT.

2nd Lieutenant H. G. O. Tansley, Regimental Supernumerary List, is transferred to the Regiment of N.Z. Artillery. Dated 13th October, 1932.

THE WAIKATO REGIMENT.

Lieutenant R. E. V. Challiner ceases to be posted to the 1st Cadet Battalion and is posted to the 1st Battalion. Dated 15th August, 1932.

THE WELLINGTON REGIMENT.

Captain R. E. Murray, from the Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly’s Own), to be Captain, with seniority from 13th October, 1930, and is posted to the Regimental Supernumerary List. Dated 25th October, 1932.

THE TARANAKI REGIMENT.

Lieutenant H. J. Keys, 1st Battalion, to be Captain. Dated 12th February, 1932.

THE CANTERBURY REGIMENT.

Captain B. A. Y. Wynne-Yorke, 1st Cadet Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class II (b), R.D. 10. Dated 20th October, 1932.

THE OTAGO REGIMENT.

Lieutenant R. G. McKinlay, 1st Battalion, to be Captain. Dated 15th September, 1932.

Lieutenant E. E. S. Clarke, Regimental Supernumerary List, is transferred to the Southland Regiment. Dated 21st October, 1932.
