the 17th day of October, 1932, and published in
Gazette No. 66 of the 20th day of the same month at
page 2130, closing portion of road in Block XII, Kaiteriteri
Survey District, Waimea County, omit the words "Square 9."

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as closed the portion of road in Ruakaka Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 0 roods
37 perches.
Adjoining or passing through parts Lot 13 of Allotment 15
and Section 92, Manaia Parish.
Situated in Block IV, Ruakaka Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 25245.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76909,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of
November, 1932.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 rood
10 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Rural Sections 447, 25401 W,
and Gebbie's Creek.
Situated in Block VII, Halswell Survey District (Canterbury
R.D.). (S.O. 2291.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84685;
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of
November, 1932.
