SKATEWAYS LIMITED.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of SKATEWAYS LIMITED (in Voluntary Liquidation).

WE have to advise that at a meeting of shareholders of the above company held on the 31st day of October, 1932, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—

“It is hereby resolved as an extraordinary resolution that it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that Messrs. P. N. QUARTERMAIN and DAVID CAITHNESS be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators of the company.”

THE AUCKLAND AND SUBURBAN DRAINAGE BOARD.

LOAN No. 10.

Special Order.

THE Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board doth hereby by special order in terms of sections 62 and 70 (g) of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Act, 1908, determine to borrow a sum not exceeding ninety-five thousand pounds sterling (£95,000) for the purpose of repaying the loan raised by the Board and known as Loan No. 2.

The foregoing special order was made by way of a special resolution passed at a special meeting of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board convened by requisition of the Chairman dated the 23rd day of September, 1932, and held on the 28th day of September, 1932. It was publicly notified in the New Zealand Herald on the 4th, 17th, and 27th days of October, 1932, and the Auckland Star on the 10th and 24th days of October, 1932. It was confirmed at a special meeting of the Board convened by resolution of the Board on the 28th day of September, 1932, and held on the 27th day of October, 1932.

The common seal of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board was hereto affixed this 27th day of October, 1932, in the presence of—

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
