IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rangitoto and Wangaehu Survey Districts, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of October, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water-power (Waikaremoana scheme—Linesmen’s cottage-sites); and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 acres 2 roods 13 perches. Being Section 6.

Situated in Block VII, Mohaka Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1713 red.)

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 23, of the third day of the same month, proclaiming land as a road, and road closed, in Block IV, Ruakaka Survey District, as affects the area of 1 acre 1 rood 10 perches mentioned in the Second Schedule to the said Proclamation.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of October, 1932.
