A PROCLAMATION.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VIII, Aongatete | IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
Survey District. | vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for waterworks purposes; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth
day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
