Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and

Robert Haswell, of South Spit, Westport, and
Thomas David Davies, of Westport,

to be officers for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned
Act, in respect of the Buller Acclimatization District.

Battery and is posted to the 18th Medium Battery. Dated

Captain T. S. Burgess, Regimental Supernumerary List, is
transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 3.
Dated 30th September, 1932.

THE WAIKATO REGIMENT.
Captain C. F. Thomas ceases to be posted to the 1st Cadet
Battalion, and is posted to the 1st Battalion. Dated 15th
August, 1932.
2nd Lieutenant N. B. Smith, Regimental Supernumerary List,
is posted to the 1st Battalion. Dated 5th October, 1932.

THE WELLINGTON REGIMENT.
Lieutenant R. J. Wells, 1st Battalion, to be Captain. Dated
21st September, 1932.

THE WELLINGTON WEST COAST REGIMENT.
2nd Lieutenant W. G. Bassett, 1st Battalion, to be Lieutenant.
Dated 12th September, 1932.

THE HAWKE’S BAY REGIMENT.
Lieutenant E. R. Murphy, Regimental Supernumerary List,
is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 1.
Dated 3rd October, 1932.
Lieutenant R. B. Schulze, from the Canterbury Regiment, to
be Lieutenant, with seniority from 18th September, 1929,
and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b),
R.D. 7. Dated 30th September, 1932.
The undermentioned to be 2nd Lieutenants (on probation),
and are posted to the 1st Cadet Battalion :—
James Morton Reidy. Dated 1st August, 1932.
Cecil Hyde Bleakley. Dated 2nd August, 1932.

THE CANTERBURY REGIMENT.
Lieutenant R. B. Schulze, Regimental Supernumerary List,
is transferred to the Hawke’s Bay Regiment. Dated 30th
September, 1932.

N.Z. ARMY SERVICE CORPS.
Lieutenant T. H. Lawn, 1st Composite Company, is transferred
to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 1. Dated 5th
October, 1932.

N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS.
Lieutenant J. F. Zohrab, M.B., 2nd Field Ambulance, resigns
his commission. Dated 3rd October, 1932.

RESERVE OF OFFICERS.
Captain C. W. Salmon, D.C.M., is posted to the Retired List
with the rank of Major, and with permission to wear the
prescribed uniform. Dated 30th September, 1932.

THE CANTERBURY REGIMENT.
Lieutenant J. Struthers resigns his commission. Dated 7th
October, 1932.
