Declaring Portions of Road in Blocks VI, VII, X, XI, XIV, and XV, Mahurangi Survey District, to be Government Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this 17th day of October, 1932.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and
declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in
Council, become Government roads.

Situated in the Parish of Mahurangi (Auckland B.D.).

In the North Auckland Land District; as the said portions of road are more particularly delineated on the plans marked
and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
