ERRATUM.—In the Schedule to the Order in Council dated the 26th day of September, 1932, and published in Gazette No. 63 of the 29th day of the same month, at page 2065, declaring portions of roads in Block XV, Tauakira Survey District, and Block III, Waipakura Survey District, to be Government roads, for the fifth area read “0·04 P.” in lieu of “0·4 P.”

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Oteramika Hundred described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 1 10 Section 53 ; coloured yellow.
0 0 38 Section 53 ; coloured purple.

Situated in Block I, Oteramika Hundred (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R645.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84575, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of September, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Takahue Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 2 23 Allotment N.W. 11, Block I; coloured yellow.
0 3 35 Allotment S.E. 11, Blocks I and II; coloured yellow.
1 1 5 Allotment 10 (E.R.), Block II; coloured red.


SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 37 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Allotments S.E. 14 and N.W. 11, Block I; coloured green.

All situated in Takahue Survey District (Awanui Parish), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26213.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83967, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of October, 1932.
