ERRATUM.—In the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 20th day of September, 1932, and published in Gazette, No. 62, of the 22nd day of the same month, at page 2024, amending a Proclamation proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Blocks XI and XV, Whangarei Survey District, Whangarei County, read “Owhiwa” in lieu of “Ohiwa.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Geraldine Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of August, 1932.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Gravel-pit in Block XII, Hamilton Survey District, Waikato County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a gravel-pit, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikato, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres 1 rood 34·9 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 156, Hautapu Parish.
Situated in Block XII, Hamilton Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26642.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84528, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion this 23rd day of September, 1932.
