LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land herein-after described will be brought under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before 17th October, 1932.
- THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE.—Part Allotment 18, Parish of Takapuna, containing 5 acres 2 roods, fronting Gordon Road, in the Borough of Northcote. Occupied by Elizabeth Thompson Denby. Plan 24351.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a re-entry by MARY ELIZABETH KNOX, of Gisborne, Widow, as lessor under Memorandum of Lease No. 4737 of—Firstly, Whangara M3 Block, containing 69 acres 3 roods 15 perches; secondly, Lots 3 and 4 on D.P. 2618, being parts of Whangara N1A and N1C Blocks, containing 354 acres 3 roods 28 perches; and thirdly, Undivided interest in Whangara N1B Block, containing 54 acres 3 roods 8 perches—being all the land in Certificates of Title, Vol. 61, folio 249, Vol. 63, folios 142 and 143, and Vol. 83, folio 9 (Gisborne Registry), whereof William John Berry, of Whangara, near Gisborne, Sheep-farmer is the registered lessee, I hereby give notice that I intend to register such re-entry as requested at the expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of Certificate of Title, Vol. 1, folio 109, for part Town Section 252, Napier, containing 10 perches, whereof ERNEST HYDE, of Napier, Tobacconist, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me for the issue of an interim certificate of title, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue an interim certificate of title, as requested, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
