A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wai-iti Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 26·7 perches.
Being portion of Section 85, Waimea South.

Situated in Block XII, Wai-iti Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 744r.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83201, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of January, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Geraldine Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 19 acres 1 rood 22·3 perches.
Being portion of Reserve 1400.

Situated in Block XVI, Geraldine Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.P. 2240.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the South Island Main Trunk Railway (portion of Kaikoura Section).

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 18·7 perches.
Being Lot 1, Fernleigh Extension No. 1, being part Section 207, Kaikoura Suburban.

Situated in Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83219, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of January, 1932.
