NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of RUBBER SUPPLIES, LIMITED, held on the 12th day of January, 1932, it was resolved that it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly, and that Mr. CHARLES FREDERICK BUSCKE be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator in the matter of the winding-up of the company.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between FREDERICK ANDREW, of Khandallah, and CHARLES HENRY GRANT, of Johnsonville, carrying on business as Bakers and Confectioners at Khandallah under the style of “Andrew and Grant,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 6th day of January, 1932. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively out of its assets, and should be rendered at once to the late firm, care of the said Frederick Andrew, at his address, 1 Cashmere Avenue, Khandallah.

FALCONER, of Wanganni, Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
