Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the ninth
day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one,
viz. :
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin,
by resolution declares that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to portion of the western side of Uxbridge
Street in the said City of Dunedin where such portion of
street abuts on Allotments 1 and 2, Township of Hayes
(L.T.P. 358), as the said portion of street is more particularly
shown on the plan annexed hereto, and is thereon
coloured brown and edged with red to its centre-line ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western
side of the portion of Uxbridge Street (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
The western side of all that portion of street situated in the
Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Uxbridge
Street, fronting Allotments 1 and 2, Township of Hayes
(L.T.P. 358). As the said portion of street is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83262, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured brown and edged red.

The North-western Side of Portion of Evans Street, in the
City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section
128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition
as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this 14th
day of January, 1932.

Nn pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the ninth
day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one,
viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by

“The Blenheim Borough Council, having control of that
street known as High Street, Blenheim, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and
twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to that portion of the said street abutting on parts
of Lots Nos. 31 and 32, Town of Blenheim, being 235.63
links in length, and being the land in C.T. 10/270, 10/271,
and 18/282.”
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street in the Marlborough
Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as High
Street, fronting parts Lots 31 and 32 of Section l, Omaka
District, Town of Blenheim. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83253, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured brown.

The South-western Side of Portion of District Road, in the
Borough of Milton, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the

resolution passed by the Milton Borough Council on the
eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-one, viz: -
“ That the provisions of section one hundred and twentyeight
of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that
part of the District Road within the Borough of Milton
along the boundary of Allotment one (1) Block ten (X) of
Reid’s Subdivision of the Township of Milton, which said
allotment is the whole of the land comprised in Certificate
of Title, Dunedin Register-book, Vol. 126, folio 254”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southwestern
side of the portion of District Road (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.

in the Otago Land District, Borough of Milton, known as
District Road, fronting Allotment l, Block X, Reid’s Subdivision,
Township of Milton. As the said portion of street is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83161,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
