NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed by entry in the company’s minute-book in pursuance of subsection 6 of section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908, on the 1st day of September, 1932:—
“That R. F. Jollands & Co., Ltd., be wound up voluntarily, and that FREDERICK H. HAYWARD, Public Accountant, Wellington, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named company is in voluntary liquidation, and that all persons or companies having claims against the company are required to send full particulars thereof to me on or before the 6th October, 1932, otherwise they may be excluded from participation in the distribution of the assets.

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Taranaki District; in the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908, and its amendments; and in the matter of THE WHAREHUIA SOCIAL CLUB, INCORPORATED, a society incorporated under the provisions of the said Act and having its registered office at Wharehuia, near Midhirst, in the Provincial District of Taranaki and Dominion of New Zealand.
BY an Order made by His Honour Mr. Justice MacGregor in the above matter dated the 26th day of August, 1932, on the petition of ALBERT FORBES, of Wharehuia, Farmer, and others, it was ordered that The Wharehuia Social Club, Incorporated, be wound up by this Court pursuant to the provisions of section 25 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908: And it was further ordered that an Official Liquidator of the above-named society be appointed for that purpose: and it was further ordered that the costs and expenses incurred by the Petitioners in making application for the winding-up of the society and incidental thereto shall be a first charge on the assets of the society, and that the surplus assets of the society be disposed of as the Court may direct.
