The Rural Intermediate Credit Act, 1927.
APPOINTMENT OF DISTRICT INTERMEDIATE CREDIT SUPERVISORS AND CHAIRMEN OF DISTRICT BOARDS.
IT is hereby notified for public information that the Rural Intermediate Credit Board, acting in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon it by section 14 of the Rural Intermediate Credit Act, 1927, and of all other powers and authorities it in that behalf enabling has appointed
Arthur Reginald Coad,
District Public Trustee, Wellington, to be an additional District Intermediate Credit Supervisor for the Manawatu-Wellington Rural Intermediate Credit District in succession to George Ernest Miller; and has appointed
Cuthbert Freyberg,
District Public Trustee, Palmerston North, to be District Intermediate Credit Supervisor for the Manawatu-Wellington Rural Intermediate Credit District in succession to Kenneth Alan Henderson; and has appointed
William Morley Egglestone
to be an additional District Intermediate Credit Supervisor for the Taranaki Rural Intermediate Credit District in succession to Cuthbert Freyberg.
And it is further notified that the Rural Intermediate Credit Board, acting in pursuance and exercise of the power conferred on it by paragraph 10 of the regulations made under the said Act, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 22nd day of December, 1927, and of all other powers it in that behalf enabling, has appointed the said Cuthbert Freyberg to be Chairman of the Manawatu-Wellington District Rural Intermediate Credit Board in succession to the said Kenneth Alan Henderson.
The appointment of William Morley Egglestone took effect as from the 8th day of August, 1932, the appointment of Arthur Reginald Coad took effect as from the 12th day of August, 1932, and the appointment of Cuthbert Freyberg took effect as from the 15th day of August, 1932.

The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1932.—Notice of Cancellation of Award.
In the matter of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, and its amendments, and in the matter of an industrial dispute between the Wellington Meat Export Company, Limited, Wellington, of the one part, and the New Zealand Freezing Works and Related Trades Industrial Association of Workers, and others, of the other part.
WHEREAS the Conciliation Commissioner, by notice under his hand dated the 1st day of September, 1932, has notified the Clerk of Awards that a settlement of the above-mentioned dispute has not been arrived at by the Council of Conciliation appointed for the hearing thereof:
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 7 (4) of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1932, the Northern, Taranaki, Wellington, Marlborough, Canterbury, and Otago and Southland Freezing-works and Related Trades Employees' award, dated the 11th November, 1931, and published in Book of Awards, Vol. XXXI, page 372, is deemed to be cancelled and ceases to be in force in respect of the Wellington Industrial District on the expiration of one month from the date of the Commissioner's notification to the Clerk of Awards as aforesaid.
