Mortgagors’ Liabilities Adjustment Commissions appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Mortgagors Relief Act, 1931, and its amendments, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint Mortgagors’ Liabilities Adjustment Commissions named as set out hereunder; and also to appoint the undermentioned persons to be members of the respective Commissions set out opposite their names, the name of the Chairman being indicated in each case:—

Appointment of Deputy District Public Trustee.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed
Cecil Augustine Carmine, of the Public Trust Office, Masterton,
to be Deputy of the District Public Trustee, Masterton, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters, and all previous appointments in this behalf are hereby revoked.

REGIMENT OF N.Z. ARTILLERY.
Captain A. A. Currey, M.M., 4th Field Battery, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class II (b), R.D. I. Dated 16th August, 1932.
Lieutenant O. N. Johnston, 3rd Field Battery, to be Captain. Dated 3rd August, 1932.
2nd Lieutenant S. J. Lambourne, The Wellington Regiment, is attached to the Central Coast Artillery Group (Artillery Section, Rongotai College Cadets). Dated 15th August, 1932.
CORPS OF N.Z. ENGINEERS.
Lieutenant J. W. Mason, 2nd Field Company, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 5. Dated 8th August, 1932.
THE WAIKATO REGIMENT.
The appointment of 2nd Lieutenant (on probation) L. O. M. Brown, 1st Cadet Battalion, is confirmed.
THE WELLINGTON REGIMENT.
Lieutenant J. T. McCaw, from the Reserve of Officers, to be Lieutenant, with seniority from 9th December, 1925, and is posted to the 2nd Cadet Battalion. Dated 1st October, 1931.
2nd Lieutenant S. J. Lambourne ceases to be posted to the 2nd Cadet Battalion, and is attached to the Central Coast Artillery Group. Dated 15th August, 1932.
THE WELLINGTON WEST COAST REGIMENT.
Lieutenant J. L. Grant, from the Canterbury Regiment, to be Lieutenant, with seniority from 26th November, 1931, and is posted to the Regimental Supernumerary List. Dated 8th August, 1932.
THE HAWKE’S BAY REGIMENT.
2nd Lieutenant G. S. Roydhouse, Regimental Supernumerary List, is posted to the 1st Battalion. Dated 9th August, 1932.
The appointment of 2nd Lieutenant (on probation) C. G. Frazer, 2nd Cadet Battalion, is confirmed.
THE CANTERBURY REGIMENT.
Lieutenant J. L. Grant, 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Wellington West Coast Regiment. Dated 8th August, 1932.
2nd Lieutenant W. J. Scott, 3rd Cadet Battalion, to be Lieutenant. Dated 28th February, 1932.
THE NELSON, MARLBOROUGH, AND WEST COAST REGIMENT.
Captain C. G. Kirk, Regimental Supernumerary List, is posted to the 1st Cadet Battalion. Dated 16th August, 1932.

Classification of No. 166 Main Highway, Westport–Greymouth (Coast Road).
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Ethelbert Alfred Ransom, Acting Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the Main Highway Board’s proposed classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto and situated in the Buller and Grey Counties.
SCHEDULE.
BULLER AND GREY COUNTIES.
ROADS classified in Class Four: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 4½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 6½ tons:—
Westport–Greymouth (Coast Road) Main Highway No. 166.
All that portion of the main highway situate in the Buller and Grey Counties, commencing at St. Kilda and terminating at the southern boundary of the Buller County at Punakaiki River.
