Revoking Order in Council dated the 20th Day of September, 1920,
licensing William Roland Ogle to occupy a Portion of the
Land between High- and Low-water Marks in the Waihou
River, Hokianga Harbour, and to reclaim such Land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of
August, 1932.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twentieth day
of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty,
and published in the Gazette of the twenty-third day of the
same month, at page 2688, William Roland Ogle, of Rangiahua
(hereinafter called “ the licensee ”), was licensed to occupy a
portion of the land between high- and low-water marks in the
Waihou River, Hokianga Harbour, and to reclaim such land :
And whereas the licensee has applied to have the herein-
before-recited license revoked, and it is desirable to revoke
the same :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours
Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him
in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the
twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty, as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-two.

Revoking Order in Council of the 23rd Day of June, 1931,
licensing Tai Hepehi to use and occupy a Part of the
Foreshore and Land below Low-water Mark at Horeke, in
Hokianga Harbour, as a Site for a Garage and Pontoon
Landing.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of
August, 1932.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-third
day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
one, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of the
same month, at page 1809, Tai Hepehi, of Horeke (hereinafter
called “ the licensee ”), was licensed to use and occupy a part
of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Horeke,
in Hokianga Harbour, as a site for a garage and pontoon
landing :
And whereas the licensee has applied to have the herein-
before-mentioned Order in Council revoked, and it is desirable
to revoke the same :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours
Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling
him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth

Variation of an Order in Council prohibiting Alienation of
certain Native Land.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of
August, 1932.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS it is enacted by section one hundred and
sixty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, that any
Order in Council made thereunder may at any time be varied
or revoked :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the power
and authority vested in him, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby vary an Order in Council dated the first day
of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight,
regarding Te Kuiti 2B 7 and other blocks set out in the
Schedule to such Order in Council, by excluding and excepting
from prohibition of alienation the land set out in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE.

RANGITOTO-TUHUA 68C 1 Block, containing approximately
613 acres, being part Rangitoto-Tuhua 68C Block, Pakaumanu
Survey District.
