The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1932.βNotice of Cancellation of Award.
In the matter of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, and its amendments, and in the matter of an industrial dispute between the New Zealand Federated Hotel and Restaurant Employees' Industrial Association of Workers, of the one part, and J. McParland, Hotel Cecil, Wellington, and others, of the other part.
WHEREAS the Conciliation Commissioner, by notice under his hand dated the 22nd day of August, 1932, has notified the Clerk of Awards that a settlement of the above-mentioned dispute has not been arrived at by the Council of Conciliation appointed for the hearing thereof:
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 7 (4) of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1932, the New Zealand Licensed Hotel Employees' Award dated the 1st October, 1929, and published in Book of Awards, Vol. XXIX, page 612, is deemed to be cancelled and ceases to be in force on the expiration of one month from the date of the Commissioner's notification to the Clerk of Awards as aforesaid.

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 7 (4) of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1932, the New Zealand (except Stewart Island) Private-hotel Employees' Award, dated the 9th June, 1930, and published in Book of Awards, Vol. XXX, page 459, is deemed to be cancelled and ceases to be in force on the expiration of one month from the date of the Commissioner's notification to the Clerk of Awards as aforesaid.

DECLARATION REVOKING THE DISSOLUTION OF A SOCIETY.
I, ROY FELLOWES BAIRD, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that the declaration made by me on the 11th day of July, 1932, dissolving the WAIPAWA SPORTS CLUB, INCORPORATED, was made in error, and the said declaration is accordingly hereby revoked in pursuance of section 28, subsection (3), of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that, with the approval of His Excellency the Governor-General, in terms of subsection (3) of section 177 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, I have cancelled the license held by Andrew Murray to practise as a surveyor under the said Act from the date of gazetting of this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserve will be offered for lease by public auction at the Lands Office, Government Buildings, Knox Street, Hamilton, at 11 o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, 28th September, 1932, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.
