A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Opihi Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:-
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 9 Rural Section 23046 ; coloured blue.
0 1 25 Rural Sections 6105 and 1905; coloured red.
2 1 36 Crown land (River bed); coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 11Β·2 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Rural Section 1905; coloured green.
All situated in Block IV, Opihi Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 962/471.)
All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84274, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of August, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kumeu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 roods 9 perches.
Being portion of Section 142A, Waipareira Parish; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 3 roods 18 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 32 on Deeds Plan Whau 56, being part N.E. portion Taupaki Block, and Section 142A, Parish of Waipareira; coloured green.
All situated in Block X, Kumeu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26657.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84393, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.--SOUTHLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL those areas in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 31 acres l rood 32 perches, more or less, being formerly Government roads stopped by a Proclamation dated 3rd October, 1906, and published in Gazette, No. 85, of 11th October, at page 2649, situated in Block XII, Glenkenich Survey District, and described as follows :- All that area, containing by admeasurement 7 acres, more or less, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north and south by Section 10, Block XII aforesaid (State Forest, Gazette, 1903, page 661); and towards the north-west and south-east by a public road.
Also all that area, containing by admeasurement 24 acres 1 rood 32 perches, more or less, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by Sections 9 and 11, Block XII aforesaid (State Forest, Gazette, 1908, page 2327); towards the east by a public road; towards the south-west by Sections 11 and 12, Block XII aforesaid (State Forest, Gazette, 1908, page 2327); and towards the north by a public road.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 204/34, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of August, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Purua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 11 acres 3 roods.
Passing through Crown land.
Situated in Block II, Purua Survey District. (S.O. plan 26797.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 34/69c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2579, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1932.
