ERRATUM.—In the second line of paragraph (1) of the Order in Council amending apportionment of representation on the North Auckland Electric-power Board dated the 15th August, 1932, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 55, of the 18th day of the same month, on page 1889, in lieu of “ Hokianga Town District ” read “ Hikurangi Town District.”

Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Street, in the Borough of Mount Albert, near Mount Albert.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a street.

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Mount Albert Borough Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 16 perches.

Portion of Railway Reserve, Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Mount Albert Borough. (S.O. 26809, blue.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 2091, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1932.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway (branch from Washdyke to Opawa, Fairlie Creek, and Bourke’s Pass), and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a road :

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Mackenzie County Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land : 39·4 perches and 24·4 perches.

Portions of Railway Reserve (R.S. 11596), Blocks III and IV, Opawa Survey District, Mackenzie County. (S.O. 2269, red.) In the Canterbury Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 2014, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1932.
