ALLOCATING LAND reserved and taken for a Railway to the Pur- poses of Streets, in the Borough of Mount Albert, near Mount Albert.

[L.S.] BLEDISLOE, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of streets:

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become streets, and that the said streets shall be under the control of the Mount Albert Borough Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land:- A. R. P. 0 0 10.01 0 0 10.33 Part Railway Reserve, Proclamation 500. 0 0 9.73 Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Titirangi Parish, Borough of Mount Albert. (S.O. 26805, blue.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 1971, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, sepia, and blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1932.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Quarry, in Block XI, Rotoiti Survey District.

[L.S.] BLEDISLOE, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:-- A. R. P. Being Portion of 0 2 15.6 0 0 7.6 Taheke No. 2A Block. 0 2 16.9 0 2 4.0 0 2 1.2 Taheke No. 2 Block.

Situated in Block XI, Rotoiti Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26588.) In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83818, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1932.
