thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, as from the first day
of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and
doth make the following clause in lieu thereof.
SCHEDULE.
- IN consideration of the concessions and privileges granted
by this Order in Council, the licensee shall pay to the Minister
on the first day of April in each year the sum of £25 as a
flat rental: Provided that in addition to the said sum of £25
he shall pay a royalty of one shilling per cubic yard on all
shingle and/or sand removed in excess of 500 cubic yards in
any one year.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
the Public Works Act, 1928, the Scenery Preservation
Act, 1908, and the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act,
1910, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being
taken for historic purposes.

Amending Order in Council vesting the Management of the
Wharf at Opotiki in the Opotiki Borough Council, and
prescribing Dues for the Use thereof.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day
of July, 1932.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-first
day of December, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the twelfth day
of January following, at page 22, the management of the wharf
at Opotiki was vested in the Opotiki Borough Council, and
dues were prescribed to be charged and taken by the Council
for the use of the said wharf:
And whereas it is desirable to amend the said Order in
Council in the manner hereinafter described:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours
Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling
him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby amend the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council by
deleting from the Second Schedule thereto the words “Wool,
per three-quarter bale, 9d”, and “Wool, full bale, 1s.”, and
inserting in lieu thereof the words “Wool, per three-quarter
bale, 4d.”, and “Wool, full bale, 6d.”, respectively.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon
him by subsection four of section twenty-nine of the
National Expenditure Adjustment Act, 1932, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby exclude from the operation
of Part III of the said Act the classes of contracts specified
in the Schedule hereto.

of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
extend the hour at which the election of members of the
Papatoetoe Town Board, to be held on Wednesday, the
twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-two, shall close, to seven o’clock in the afternoon
of the day appointed.
