Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block VII,
Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Punakitere Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a

All situated in Block VII, Punakitere Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26187.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same
are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
84286, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
July, 1932.

District, Eyre County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rangiora Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
1·4 perches.
Being portion of Rural Section 20917.

Situated in Block XIII, Rangiora Survey District (Canter-
bury R.D.). (S.O. 958/467.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84001,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
July, 1932.

do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Aroha Survey District
described in the Schedule hereto.
