IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

Pursuant to section 223 of the Companies Act, 1908,
notice is hereby given that, under the authority of
section 168 (6) of the said Act, the following extraordinary
resolution was recorded in the minute-book of the above-
mentioned company under date 11th July, 1932:

"It having been proved to the satisfaction of the company
that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business,
it is hereby resolved to wind up the company and go into
voluntary liquidation, and that Mr. Cecil T. Cox, of Wel-
lington, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed sole
liquidator."

All creditors are required, on or before the 1st day of August,
1932, to send full particulars of their debts or claims to the
undersigned, failing which they may be excluded from parti-
cipation in any distribution of the assets.
