In Bankruptcy.—In the Supreme Court held at Timaru.
NOTICE is hereby given that statements of accounts and balance-sheets in respect of the undermentioned estates, together with the report of the Audit Office thereon, have been duly filed in the above Court; and I hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the said Court, to be held on Tuesday, the 26th day of July, 1932, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, or as soon thereafter as application may be made, I intend to apply for an order releasing me from the administration of the said estates.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of Certificates of Title, Vol. 46, folio 264, and Vol. 63, folios 24 and 25 (Gisborne Registry), for those pieces of land, containing together 1,517 acres 0 roods 21 perches, being Paekawa Nos. 1A and 1B Blocks, and Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 2578, being part of Paekawa No. 3 Block, of which SIDNEY FRANCIS BURDETT, of Tokomaru Bay, Sheep-farmer, is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with me, together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
