Road traversing Native Land proclaimed as a Public Road in Block XI, Awaroa Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road traversing Native land in Awaroa Survey District, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a public road: 4 acres 1 rood 10 perches.

Being portion of Lot 70, Whangape Parish.

Situated in Block XI, Awaroa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 15240, red.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84229, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road traversing Native land in Waoku Survey District, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a public road: 4 acres.

Being portion of Manga-where G No. 3 Block.

Situated in Block VI, Waoku Survey District. (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 12795, red.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84228, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of July, 1932.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the roads and portion of road closed: 3 acres 2 roods 26-9 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lots 61 to 68, 101 to 150 (L.T. Plan 7295), and parts Lot 6, D.P. 1278 (being Coronation Street, Edward Street, Victoria Street, and portion of George Street).

Situated in Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25080.)
