Land proclaimed as a Street, and Street closed, in the Borough of Te Awamutu.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of Te Awamutu described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 2 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 130, Village of Te Awamutu; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
STREET CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 2·5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotment 130, Village of Te Awamutu; coloured green.
All situated in Block VI, Puniu Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Borough of Te Awamutu). (S.O. 25514.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84240, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of July, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hapuakohe Survey District described in the first Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 1 27·7 Allotment 12; coloured blue.
0 1 17·2 Allotment 12A; coloured red.
0 0 0·1 Allotment 15; coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 21 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments 12, 12A, and 15; coloured green.
All situated in Block V, Hapuakohe Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Whangamarino Parish.) (S.O. 26142.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84120, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1932.
