THE MANGAITI HALL SOCIAL CLUB (INCORPORATED).

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a special general meeting of THE MANGAITI HALL SOCIAL CLUB (INCORPORATED) held on the 11th day of May, 1932, resolutions were passed that the said club be wound up voluntarily, and that FREDERICK MARYCHURCH STRANGE and FREDERICK WILLIAM MANNING, both of Mangaiti, Farmers, be appointed Liquidators, and that at a special general meeting held on the 15th day of June, 1932, the said resolution for winding up was duly confirmed.

MASON TRANSPORT, LTD.

IN LIQUIDATION.

AT a meeting of shareholders of the above company held on the 25th instant, the following extraordinary resolution was passed :—

It was resolved : “That the company should go into voluntary liquidation, and that Mr. W. LAWSON should be appointed Liquidator of the company.”

LICENSE FOR WATER-RACE AND LICENSE FOR SPECIAL ALLUVIAL CLAIM.

IN THE WARDEN’S COURT (OTAGO MINING DISTRICT) HELD AT NASEBY.

In the matter of License for a Water-race No. 5016, and License for a Special Alluvial Claim No. 5032 (Naseby).

NOTICE is hereby given that by an order made at Naseby on Monday, the 9th day of May, 1932, pursuant to clause 66 of the regulations made under the Mining Act, 1926, it was ordered that, in respect of the above-mentioned mining privileges held by Messrs. Routledge and Gubbins, the altitude for statutory protection, pursuant to section 164 of the said Act, was fixed at 2,000 ft., and the period as June, July, and August of every year.

IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the office of John Reid & Sons, Ltd., Liverpool Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 15th day of July, 1932, at 11 o’clock a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said company has been conducted, and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders held on 28th June, 1932, the following resolution was passed as an extraordinary resolution :—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that it be wound up accordingly; and that ROY VALENTINE RENNIE, of Taumarunui, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of carrying out such winding-up.”

All persons having claims against this company must forward particulars of them in writing on or before the 21st day of July, 1932, otherwise they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments, and of THE TALBOT AND THOMSON MOTORS, LIMITED.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at the registered office of the company, No. 15 Wellesley Street East, Auckland, on the 22nd day of June, 1932, the following extraordinary resolution was passed requiring the company to be wound up voluntarily :—

“That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same.”

At the said meeting, by resolution duly passed, PERCY METGE, Public Accountant, Auckland, was appointed Liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that all creditors and others having claims against the above-named company are required to lodge such claims with the undersigned on or before the 1st August, 1932. Any claim not lodged by that date is liable to exclusion.
