EVIDENCE of the loss of Certificate of Title, Vol. 227,
folio 8 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 2 D.P. 8411, being
part of Allotment 5 of Section 1 of the Parish of Takapuna, of
which ARTHUR McMURRAY, of Auckland, Electric
Welder, is the registered proprietor, and evidence of the loss
of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 102831 of the said land from
the said Arthur McMurray, as mortgagor, to Catherine Louisa
Rose, of Auckland, Widow, as mortgagee, having been lodged
with me, together with an application for the issue of a new
certificate of title and a provisional memorandum of mortgage,
notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new
certificate of title and provisional memorandum of mortgage
accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from 30th
June, 1932.
