Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block VII,
Oamaru Survey District, Waitaki County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as a road the land in Oamaru Survey District
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby
proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road:
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 2 26·0 Section 2 of 19; coloured pink.
0 0 8·6 Section 2 of 19; coloured pink.
0 3 35·2 Section 2 of 19; coloured pink.
1 1 32·3 Section 1 of 19 and Section 2 of 19; coloured
pink.
0 0 8·6 Section 2 of 19; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 rood.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 1 of 19 and 2 of 19;
coloured green.

All situated in Block VII, Oamaru Survey District
(Otago R.D.).

All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83780,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of
June, 1932.

twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as a road the land in Teviot Survey District described
in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road:
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 0·1 Section 16; coloured violet.
2 1 10·2 Section 17; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 3 roods
25 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 3 and 17; coloured
green.

All situated in Block I, Teviot Survey District (Otago R.D.).

All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83414,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of
June, 1932.
