Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block X,
Pigeon Bay Survey District, Pigeon Bay Road District,
Akaroa County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Pigeon Bay Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also
do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 1·9 Rural Section 171, being part Lot 3, D.P.
9830 ; coloured yellow.
0 0 24·8 Rural Sections 171, 171x, 189, and 22866,
being part Lot 4, D.P. 9830 ; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 0·2 Rural Section 171, being part Lot 3, D.P.
9830 ; coloured green.
0 0 24·3 Rural Sections 189, 171x, and 171, being
part Lot 6, D.P. 9830 ; coloured green.
All situated in Block X, Pigeon Bay Survey District

All in the Canterbury Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84100,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
June, 1932.
