Riding, viz.: Morton's Road, Matahui Road, Sharp's Road,
Rea's Road, Wharawhara Road, Thompson's Track, Morrison's
and Alley's Road, Kauri Point Road, Busby's Road, Cooper's
Road, and Bowentown Road, the Tauranga County Council
hereby makes and levies a special rate of five-eighths of one
penny in the pound upon the rateable value on the basis of
the unimproved value of all rateable property within the
Katikati Riding, and that such special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be
payable on the 1st day of April in each and every year during
the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years or
until the loan is fully paid off."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership carried on
by EDGAR WALLACE MOFFATT, WILLIAM ERNEST
ELLIOTT, and HENRY LEONARD MALLOWES, under the name
of "The Thorndon Rubber Company," is dissolved as from
the twenty-fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-two, the partnership business being carried on
from that date by the said William Ernest Elliott and the
said Henry Leonard Mallowes.

Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the
