NOTICE is hereby given that the final meeting of shareholders of the company will be held at its late registered office, Grey Street, Thames, on Friday, 24th June, 1932, at 7.30 o'clock p.m., when the Liquidator's summary of accounts will be presented.

NOTICE is hereby given that by a minute dated the 9th June, 1932, the following resolution was passed:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily, as from the 9th June, 1932, and that Mr. C. G. PARISH, of the staff of Hicks, Ainger, and Twyford, Accountants, be appointed Liquidator."

All claims against the above company must be made to the Liquidator, care of P.O. Box 707, Christchurch, on or before the 25th day of June, 1932, otherwise they may be excluded from any distribution of the assets.

In the matter of the Religious, Charitable, and Educational Trusts Act, 1908, and in the matter of the disposal of a certain fund held by the Auckland Fire Board and known as "The Jones Trust Fund."

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition filed in this Honourable Court for the approval of a scheme for the disposal of the above-named fund was heard before the Honourable Mr. Justice Smith; and, on the 6th day of June, 1932, an order was made approving of the scheme as submitted.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned OTTO SNELL and WINIFRED SUGDEN, carrying on business as Lunch and Supper Caterers at Dunedin, under the style or firm of "Snell and Co.," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Winifred Sugden.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the above company will be held at 10 o'clock a.m. on the 30th day of June, 1932, at the office of the Liquidator, 102 Featherston Street, Wellington, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to lay before such meeting an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of offering any explanation he may wish to give; and for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing as an extraordinary resolution, the following resolution:

Resolved: "That the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator be retained by the Liquidator for a period of six months from the date hereof, after which time they may be destroyed by the Liquidator."

CHANGE OF NAME.

NOTICE is hereby given that I, the undersigned EDWIN ALAN SOUTHALL, of Okoroire, in the Provincial District of Auckland and Dominion of New Zealand, Farmer, heretofore known as "Edwin Alan Onion," have by deed poll dated the 1st day of June, 1932, and enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Hamilton, renounced and abandoned the surname of "Onion," and assigned and adopted the surname of "Southall" for all purposes whatsoever.

THE creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 14th day of July, 1932, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts and claims (as at the date of the winding-up order made on the 25th day of February, 1932), and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to JOHN SPENCER SELWYN MEDLEY, of New Plymouth, Accountant, the Official Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Official Liquidator, are to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the Registrar's Office in the Supreme Court House at New Plymouth on the 29th day of July, 1932, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
