WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL.

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928,

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County
Council proposes to execute certain public work—to wit, the formation of a road—for which purpose the following
lands require to be taken by the Waikato County Council,
under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, sections
22 and 23, that is to say:—

  1. 2 acres 2 roods 9 perches (more or less), being portion of
    Allotment Number 242 of the Parish of Whangamarino,
    situated in Block XIII, Piako Survey District, Auckland
    Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated
    on a plan lodged in the Survey Office at Auckland, under
    Number 26441, and thereon coloured pink.

  2. 4 acres 1 rood 18 perches (more or less), being portion of
    Allotment Number 211 of the Parish of Whangamarino,
    situated in Block XIII, Piako Survey District, and Block I,
    Hapuakohe Survey District, Auckland Land District; as the
    same is more particularly delineated on plans lodged in the
    Survey Office at Auckland, under Numbers 26441 and 26440,
    and thereon coloured blue.

  6. 3 acres 2 roods 36·4 perches (more or less), being portion
    of Allotment Number 327 of the Parish of Whangamarino,
    situated in Block I, Hapuakohe Survey District, Auckland
    Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on
    a plan lodged in the Survey Office at Auckland, under Number
    26440, and thereon coloured pink.

A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is
open for inspection at the office of the Te Kauwhata Town
Board, Te Kauwhata.

All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in
writing any well-founded objection to the execution of such
work or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing
to the Waikato County Council within forty days of the date
of the first publication of this notice.

I, THE undersigned ALBERT BALIN, formerly known as
“ALBERT BEZMALINOVICH,” formerly of Tomanata,
Kaipara Line, Labourer, but now of Manaia, in New Zealand,
Restaurateur, hereby give notice that by a deed poll bearing
even date herewith and intended to be forthwith enrolled in
the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth I have
assumed and adopted my said name of Balin to be my
surname in lieu of my previous family surname of Bezmalino-
vich, and that I shall henceforth use the surname of Balin
in lieu of the surname of Bezmalinovich.
