Sections 16 and 17, Block V, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District.

Sections 9 and 10, Block VI, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District. Four sections shown on sale plan 1539.

Applications close at 4 o'clock p.m. on Friday, 24th June, 1932, at the District Lands Office, Auckland.

North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, 17th May, 1932.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Monday, 20th June, 1932, at 2.30 o'clock p.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

Waitemata County.--Waari Hamlet.

(Settlement Land.)

SECTIONS 44 and 45: Area, 5 acres 2 roods 1 perch. Upset price, £275.

Situated about a quarter of a mile from the Oratia Railway-station and about one mile from Henderson Railway-station by formed and metalled roads. Sections comprise easy undulating to level land, all in grass; ring-fenced, and subdivided into two paddocks.

Education Reserve in the North Auckland Land District for Lease by Public Auction.

North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, 17th May, 1932.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserve will be offered for lease by public auction at the North Auckland District Lands Office, Auckland, on Monday, 20th June, 1932, at 2.30 o'clock p.m., under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

Waitemata County.--Waioneke Survey District.

SECTION 7, Block III: Area, 121 acres 2 roods. Upset annual rent, £2.

Situated on the South Head Road, Kaipara, sixteen miles from Helensville by formed road, six miles of which is metalled. Section is steep broken country in short scrub and fern. About 20 acres ploughable; soil is red clay on sandstone. Poorly watered by a swampy gully. Elevation, 150 ft. to 350 ft. above sea-level.

Form of lease may be perused and full particulars obtained at the office of the undersigned.

Lands in Taranaki Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease.

District Lands and Survey Office, New Plymouth, 17th May, 1932.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections are open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924, and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, New Plymouth, up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Monday, 20th June, 1932.

Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, New Plymouth, on Wednesday, 22nd June, 1932, at 10 o'clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board, or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.

The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.
