DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned WILLIAM CHARLES COLDICUTT and ALBERT THOMAS PROSSER, carrying on business as Manufacturers of Batteries at Auckland, under the style or firm of the RELIANCE BATTERY MANUFACTURING COMPANY, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said ALBERT THOMAS PROSSER, who will continue to carry on the said business under the same style or firm.

THE Partnership Business of farming heretofore carried on at Ongarue by the undersigned, under the name of HEAYNS BROS., has been dissolved, as from the 26th day of April, 1932.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above Association held at Waihi on the 30th day of April, 1932, the following extraordinary resolutions were carried unanimously:
"That the Waihi Mutual Trading Association, Limited, be voluntarily wound-up in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908."
"That the Manager (Mr. F. J. POTTER) and the Secretary (Mr. J. W. MEIKLEJOHN) be appointed Liquidators."

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named Association are required, on or before the 27th day of May, 1932, to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to F. J. POTTER or to J. W. MEIKLEJOHN, the Liquidators of the said Association addressed to either of them at Post Office Box No. 85, Waihi, and, if so required by the Liquidators, or either of them, to come and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, and in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.
