LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of Memorandum of Lease No. 12946
of Lot 145, deposited plan 18124, being portion of
Allotment 10, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, and being
part of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 418, folio 218
(Auckland Registry), from ALFRED SEYMOUR BANKART,
JAMES HALL, JAMES HENRY GUNSON, and ALBERT
ERNEST BOLLARD (lessors) to HAROLD EDWIN
PENDERGRAST, of Auckland, School-teacher (lessee), having
been lodged with me, together with an application for the
issue of a provisional memorandum of lease, notice is hereby
given of my intention to issue such provisional memorandum
of lease accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days
from the 5th day of May, 1932.

Dated at the Land Registry Office at Auckland, this 30th
day of April, 1932.

new certificate of title in the name of SIDNEY
ROWLING, of Motueka, Farmer, for 1 rood, more or less,

207, Nelson Registry, and evidence having been lodged of
the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice
that it is my intention to issue such new certificate of title
at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.

Registry, over all that parcel of land containing 2 acres,
more or less, being Section 25, Block I, Tutaki Survey District,
whereof JOSHUA SCHOLEFIELD (now deceased), was the
Registered Lessee, and application having been made to me
by the Public Trustee, the Administrator in the estate of the
said Joshua Scholefield, for the issue of a provisional renewable
lease, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such
provisional renewable lease at the expiration of fourteen days
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
