NOTICE is hereby given of the following resolution, passed pursuant to section 168, subsection (6), of the Companies Act, 1908, by the above-named company on Thursday, the 17th day of December, 1931.
Resolved: “That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that GEOFFREY BENSON HULL, Public Accountant, of Wellington, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company.”

IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of NEW ZEALAND FLAX-GROWERS, LTD.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of the company held at the registered office, National Bank Chambers, Fort Street, Auckland, on 21st December, 1931, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and, further, that Mr. W. CRAWFORD YOUNG be appointed Liquidator of the company.”
